SLEEK offers a 30 day warranty covering manufacturing and material defect for genuine SLEEK jewelry purchased from our company or an authorized SLEEK retailer with proof of purchase. The warranty covers damage that, in the sole opinion of SLEEK or an authorized SLEEK retailer, is not caused by inappropriate use, extraordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence or failure to follow SLEEK general care advice. SLEEK reserves the right to amend the warranty without prior notice. When a SLEEK jewelry is deemed defective, the following will be made available upon the discretion of SLEEK and/or an authorized SLEEK retailer: replacement of an identical SLEEK jewelry based upon availability, substitute with a SLEEK jewelry of comparable value, or repair depending upon the degree of damage and the availability of replacement parts.
